Here is a selection of some of the projects we have worked on

Drip Road Takeaway

Our role in this project was to prepare the M+E information to support the warrant application for a takeaway development at Drip Road in Stirling. We worked closely with the contractor to support them through this process.

Bellshill Health Centre

For this project we provided the M+E design for an office refurbishment at Bellshill Health Centre, by engaging early with the contractor we were able to provide a seamless transition through the construction phase.

Balmoral Hotel Brasserie

Our role in this project was to provide a cooling system design, for refurbishments at the Balmoral Hotel. By close engagement with the contractor we were able to provide a simple and efficient solution to complex system requirements.

Caskerdo Events Barn Development

This project involved the development of a barn at Caskerdo Farm in Fife, which was to be an events venue. Our role was to support the client in the initial identification of M+E options and provide design and support through for planning and building warrant.

By honest and open communication with the client we were able to meet the clients desired outcomes and financial constraints whilst providing energy efficient designs.
